Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $100.
- Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99 for all orders.
- Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery (Stockton only): $19.99.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
Fast Delivery (California Area): $14.99
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST are shipped the same day from our central warehouse in California.
- San Francisco and cities within 50 miles radius: Next day delivery.
- More distant cities: Delivery within two days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
International Shipping:
- We do offer international shipping.
Returns
At Salya Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Policy:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
