1. How to Choose the Right Size?

When selecting the size, you should first consider your dog's chest measurement.
Always check our size chart before placing an order as each brand's sizing may differ.
We offer the following sizes:
- Small breeds: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL
- Large breeds: Six size options

To measure your dog, use a tape measure to determine the following:
- Chest circumference: Measure around the widest part of the chest.
- Back length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
- Neck circumference: Measure around the neck where the collar would sit.
Leave some space to ensure your dog can move comfortably.

Yes, we provide fast delivery:
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day from our central warehouse in California.
- Deliveries to San Francisco and cities within a 50 miles radius: Next day.
- Deliveries to more distant cities: Within two days.
- For Stockton: Same-day super-fast delivery.

Yes, we offer unconditional return and exchange on all our products.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our products are guaranteed, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
For return/exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Once received, we will process the return/exchange.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $100.
- Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $9.99 for all orders.
- Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery (Stockton only): $19.99.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day.

Fast Delivery (California Area):

Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST are shipped the same day from our central warehouse in California.
- San Francisco and cities within 50 miles radius: Next day delivery.
- More distant cities: Delivery within two days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

We do offer international shipping.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact Us: Email our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item.
